Whoops… Due to job interviews and with my notebook gone… I couldn’t swiftly update the new Honda Freed launching yesterday. I will update everything you need and want to know about the new Honda Freed after I buy a new system. Here’s a little picture from Honda Japan website of the new Freed…

For a short intro… The new Freed is a 3 row minivan powered with a 1.5L i-VTEC engine rated at 118ps (that’s 116bhp for you yanks). The 5-7-8 remarks indicates the seating configuration this car can be bought in. A 5 seater featuring only two row seats (the car’s length didn’t change), a 7 seater featuring three row seating with the 2nd row featuring captain seat, and 8 seater, full three row seats. Transmission duty given to CVT for FWD version and 5AT for 4WD version.

The thing that kick starts everything… Man… I’m getting cornier by the hour for sure… Anyway…

Since moving here (new domain) equals to Google putting me somewhere on the last pages of its search engine, I think most visitors here never seen what I wrote back in the early days. Straight out of Honda of Japan website, a second teaser picture of the new Honda Freed, a 7-8 seater minivan that is due out at 29th of May… In Japan. There’s not much information yet for the car in question, but with less than a week away from its unveiling… We can wait. I stumbled upon Difficultisworthdoing.com, and I noticed they are displaying a behind the scene for a teaser ad of Honda latest sexy lady, the Accord Euro. Witty comments and three behind the scenes video after the click…

One teaser picture and a bucket load of gossip, that’s right, Honda is bringing out what seems to be an all new entry level 7 seater in Japan at least, this end of May. As it is right now there are only speculations and idle chatter. More comparison pictures and witty comments after the click. Wowza! I just browsed and opened up Honda Thailand website for some confirmation of new Jazz/Fit drivetrain. Not only I stumbled upon the fact it uses a 5AT with the 120ps engine, Honda Thailand made a full length jingle for the car… Feel I’m so Jazz indeed!!!!! I can’t stop playing the song at the background!!! Very catchy song… And almost made me forget about buying Suzuki SX4 altogether… Go Honda!!!

I bet to anybody who replied to this post that Honda Indonesia will make a half assed attempt at creating the advertisement for 2008 Jazz. They are probably going to use some hip artist dancing around with a popular song, I bet also they didn’t even bother to look at this Honda Thailand Jazz advertisement.

For fans of SUV in North America, rejoice! As Honda has unveiled a new iteration of its successful large SUV, the Pilot with all the advancement demanded by the customers. With bigger interior, bolder (Boldest) styling, coupled with more powerful engine and more efficient in fuel consumption, really, what more could you ask?
